Ulti Se Rahat Paane Ke Asan Gharilu Upay

Vomit (ulti) hone par ghar par kuch asaan upaay kiye ja sakte hain jo aram dene mein madad karte hain. Yahaan kuch tips diye gaye hain.

  1. Adrak (Ginger): Adrak ki chai ya adrak ka chota tukda chabane se ulti mein aram mil sakta hai. Adrak ko paani mein ubal kar bhi pi sakte hain.
  2. Nimboo Pani: Nimboo ka ras paani mein milakar peene se uljhan aur ulti mein aram milta hai. Ismein thoda namak aur shahad bhi mila sakte hain.
  3. Pudina: Pudina ke patton ka ras ya pudina ki chai ulti rokhne mein madadgar hoti hai. Pudina ke patte chabaane se bhi aram milta hai.
  4. Elaichi: Elaichi chabaane se bhi ulti ke lakshan kam ho sakte hain.
  5. Fennel Seeds (Saunf): Saunf chabane se bhi apko aram mil sakta hai. Saunf ko paani mein dal kar bhi pi sakte hain.
  6. Hydration: Paani, clear soups, ya electrolyte solutions (ORS) lene se dehydratation se bach sakte hain jo ulti ke baad ho sakta hai.
  7. Rest: Apne sharir ko aaraam dena zaroori hai. Thoda let kar rest karein aur zyada halchal na karein.
  8. Bland Diet: Ulti hone ke baad halki aur bland cheezein khayein jaise ki toast, crackers, ya plain rice. Teekhi aur greasy cheezon se bachkar rahein.

Yadi ulti ka silsila lagatar bana rahe aur ghar ke upaay se koi aram na mile, to doctor se sampark karna uchit hoga.
